Action brought by the plaintiffs, Marshall Hephner, Jr., and his father, against the defendants Edward J. Wolf and his automobile liability insurer, and Olson Transportation Company, to recover damages sustained by plaintiffs while the son was driving his fathers automobile, which collided with a truck belonging to the Olson Transportation Company. On the trial of the issues under the pleadings and evidence, the court dismissed the complaint against the Olson Transportation Company; and upon the jurys findings in a special verdict, the court entered judgment for the plaintiffs recovery of damages from the defendant Wolf and his automobile liability insurer. They appeal from the judgment.
