Broussard, M.D., (collectively, Appellants) appeal from a decision of the Court of Common Pleas of Allegheny County (trial court) which affirmed the decision of the City of Pittsburgh Zoning Board of Adjustment (Zoning Board) to grant MedCano Corporation (MedCano) a special exception for its off-site parking plan. We affirm the trial court.
